I am a Certified Public Accountant, Enrolled Agent, and United States Tax Court Practitioner, with a Master of Science in Taxation. My practice focuses on income tax preparation, tax consulting, and IRS problem resolution. With decades of experience, I help individuals and businesses navigate complex tax rules, make informed decisions, and address tax problems. I work with individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and trusts.
As a sole practitioner, I work directly with my clients. You receive my personal attention, clear explanations, and advice tailored to your circumstances. My approach extends beyond preparing an accurate return: I emphasize planning throughout the year to help manage current tax obligations and anticipate future ones.
If an IRS notice, examination, or collection issue arises, I help clients understand their options and develop a practical response. My CPA and EA credentials support my IRS representation practice, and I am also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
